Kola Onadipe born on 5th October 1955, is an outstanding corporate and private sector player particularly in International & Local Project Management delivery services in Nigeria since 1981.
A Building Engineering graduate from the Nigeria’s citadel of Higher Education-Yaba College of Technology, and later qualified as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building-ANIOB. As a Chartered Builder, and a member of the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria-CORBON, since 1989, and elected a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building-(FNIOB) and Chartered Institute of Project Managers-(CFPM), in January 2007 & July 2020 respectively. Akogun later added an MSc degree at the LeedsMet University, UK, to his cap.
After successful delivery and commissioning of various high valued infrastructural development projects across all sectors (Private& Public) of the Nigerian economy-Local Government, State and at National levels, Akogun Kola Onadipe, as he was later known in Political-Economic Governance sector in Ogun State, Nigeria, served an unprecedented eight (8) years as Honorable Commissioner in Ogun State in Special Duties and later Water Resources and Rural Developments Ministries, among other corporate governance assignments across the country, delivering on the much needed Infrastructure Development Projects on Railway Transportation, Air & Sea Port Projects, Home-Town Estates as Project Development & Management Consultant.
He later served as one of the Technical Advisers to the Presidential Task Force on Power-PTFP, the National Think Thank on Power Reform Sector which gave birth to the new NIPP projects across Nigeria.
Akogun Kola Onadipe is currently the Managing Partner/CEO of Fot-K Consortium-an International Engineering & Development Management Consultancy firm, cutting a niche in Renewable Energy & Sustainable Development Projects as Innovative Technology Provider, especially on Ocean Energy Resources-Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OES-OTEC) Systems, Concentrated Solar Power(CSP), Floating Solar Utility PV System, Small Scale Wind Turbine Solar Hybrid Systems, Electric Vehicles (Bicycles, Tricycles & Cars with Battery Replacement & Recharging System) and Bicycle Sharing Systems amongst others. His company Fot-K Consortium, is till date, the alternate delegate to Nigerian Institute of Oceanography & Marine Research representing Nigeria at the International Monitoring body on Ocean Energy Systems-Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion, affiliated with International Energy Agency, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
